We ship worldwide through our delivery partner DHL Worldwide Express, they provide us with the fastest service available. 

Each and every order will be shipped using Express shipping with limited insurance. We’ll also provide you with a tracking link so you can follow the progress and delivery dates of your package.

 

We sadly cannot guarantee delivery times during busy or unforeseen periods, due to a lot of the process coming down to factors outside of our control within Hansen&Jacobs. 

However, in normal circumstances, we have the following delivery times:

Shipping: 4-7 Business Days

 

 

Since all products are shipped from Belgium, which is a member state of the European Union (EU), tax/import fees might occur if you are based outside of the EU. 

Please check with your local import legislation for further information and possible tarives. Hansen&Jacobs does not cover any additional tax/import fees or any added monetary compensation to governments, delivery services or customs outside of the initial payments made for delivery.

 

Our return policy allows you to return all of our products sold on Hansenjacobs.com for any reason within 14 days of having received it with money back (return shipping fee and possible tax/import fees not included). The product must remain in unused, original condition, and must be packaged within its original packaging.

Returned items must be accompanied by all the goods/products that where shipped with it. This includes, but is not exclusive to: stickers, bags, manuals…
